Gaynes Park Wedding Video – Bex & Jez

Gaynes Park Wedding Video – Bex & Jez – Shot on location at Gaynes Park, Essex
September 2016

This was a really quick turnaround for me. I only got the email enquiring about Bex & Jez’s Gaynes Park Wedding Video around two weeks before the big day. A few emails & quick Skype chat & we were good to go. A plan in hand & excitement in the air.

Of course it helps that I know Gaynes Park like the back of my hand, I’ve shot there a tonne of times, including three times in a week once. It also helps that Bex’s Mum had recently been at a wedding I had filmed & was so impressed with the way I worked & the footage I produced that she passed on my details. When the Mother of the Bride loves what you do this, of course, brings added pressure!

The day started at Bex’s parent’s house for the bridal prep before a quick hop around the corner to see Jex & the boys. I was told there was to be a present presented to Jez to open, what we found were presents upon presents collected by Bex for her man. Jez was literally opening presents for around 45 minutes.

Gaynes Park was of course looking stunning…it always does, but what made this service stand out for me was the personal vows Bex & Jez proposed to each other. I kinda wish more couples would do this, it makes the service so much more personal & can often, as was the case here, ease the tension with some hilarious lines.

I was lucky enough to get to work with Dan from D&A Photography for this Wedding. A man who shared a lot of the same thoughts as me on how a wedding should be captured & how suppliers should work. We worked well together & I look forward to hopefully working alongside him a lot more in the future. Do check out his blog for some stunning images.

Bex & Jez produced an incredible day & I was delighted to be able to capture it. I really hope they both love their Gaynes Park Wedding Video
